The mimosa root bark must be in its original, unopened condition to be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be included with the returned item.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item.
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of mimosa root bark that has been opened or used due to safety and hygiene concerns.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may ask for photos of the damaged item to assist with our investigation.
